Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• All shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, parcel weight, and courier service.
• The applicable shipping cost will be communicated to the customer before dispatch or at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Hisar, Haryana: Generally 1–3 business days.
• Outside Hisar: Generally 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. MK Footwear will not be responsible for such delays.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received in a damaged condition or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details for assistance.
